Job Overview

HEICO Repair Group Aerostructures, a recognized leader in the repair and overhaul of aircraft structural components, is currently seeking an Intern to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a fast‑paced aviation environment where accuracy, organization, and efficiency are highly valued.

This position requires close attention to detail, accuracy in data entry, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receiving and storing parts and materials in compliance with FAA and company requirements
  • Verifying part numbers and quantities
  • Organizing and maintaining accurate records of inventory
  • Issuing materials, parts, and supplies that support our production and repair teams.
  • Ensure that components are properly tracked and stored according to industry regulations and company standards.
  • Assist with periodic cycle counts and ensure stockroom cleanliness and organization
Skills and Education Experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Must be able to follow written procedures and adhere to company policies and safety standards
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to sit, stand or walk throughout the facility for extended periods of time
  • Operate material handling equipment
  • Visual acuity to identify small components
  • Occasional exposure to shop / test environment requiring the use of PPE
