Position RequirementsJoin our team of excellence at the Ange bakery in Merignac to prepare your Bakery CAP.
You will follow a CAP in alternation within one of our bakeries of your choice for 1 or 2 years
You will be trained in the preparation of bakery products:
Sandwiches, pastries, pizza, pies, etc. and of course the good bread.
The baker's profession has evolved a lot and now includes, in addition to preparation, fermentation, baking and other technical aspects.
Daily, the baker must ensure the supply, store and control the raw materials.
He must master the techniques of kneading the dough, weighing, knowing the techniques of shaping, baking
More than a profession, a vocation!
Required profile:
The Bakery CAP is accessible to students from the third level.
The diploma can also be obtained in one year if the candidate already holds a first CAP or a baccalaureate.
