Assembler II- Electronic; SF Final- 2nd Shift

Position Overview

Under moderate supervision, perform a variety of production assemblies that are highly repetitive, simple, and short‑cycle mechanical or electro‑mechanical assembly following a prescribed routine. Assemble components in a fast‑paced environment using small hand tools, screws, torque guns, and other job‑related assembly aids per work instructions. The job involves testing and packing after assembly. Work from drawings or specifications and may interface with engineering.

May rotate stations in a work cell and is expected to master all steps in a process.

• Mechanically inclined with basic reading, writing, and mathematics skills.
• Work in a team environment, follow directions, read work instructions, and prepare packing materials.
• Gather materials, select programs, change fixtures, and adjust the test machine to perform tasks.
• Perform difficult assembly tasks while standing for the duration of the shift.
• Run parts, inspect for defects, troubleshoot, and communicate issues as they arise; make required adjustments.
• Employee may be required to train on other shifts.
• Expected to work safely and follow company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

• 2+ years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Normal to high manual dexterity skills.
• Ability to use hand tools, scales, and other process‑related equipment such as fixtures, assembly presses, and torque guns; some tools require ambidexterity.
• Moderate lifting up to 50 lbs, with assistance as needed.
• Fine hand manipulation: pinching, pulling, and grasping small, medium, and large parts.
• Full range of motion in hands, arms, legs, neck, and back to perform job duties.
• Ability to stand for up to 12 hours.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Ability to communicate in English; excellent written and verbal communication required.

• Requires standing for long periods based on business needs.
• Temperature controlled environment.

$20.63 – $24.49 per hour. Actual base pay may vary based on experience, skills, and location.
