Butcher

Position Summary

As a key member of our rapidly growing organization, the Butcher contributes to our success by preparing specialty cuts of meat in a timely and efficient manner to meet our customer expectations.

• Select products from pick tickets and stage for production
• Cut product to meet customer specifications
• Transport finished product to the appropriate packaging line using carts
• Weigh product to ensure compliance with customer/company specifications
• Replenish stock as needed
• Maintain the work area clean and orderly
• Maintain product integrity with proper handling and report damage to management immediately
• Follow all company policies and procedures
• Follow all federal, state and local HACCP, OSHA & GMP guidelines
• Perform other duties as assigned

• High School Diploma or G.E.D preferred.
• 1+ years of previous work experience.
• Experience in a food processing environment preferred.
