Operate and maintain production lines including starting and stopping equipment such as palletizers and carton makers;
Perform minor adjustments to production equipment as directed and troubleshoot basic issues;
Accurately complete and update hourly logs and reports (Machine Report, Quality Report, Downtime Report, Carton Top Load Report);
Maintain safety standards and housekeeping across production areas; report unsafe conditions;
Monitor quality, materials, and inventory to ensure continuous production and smooth line flow
