Tribute Baking Company, a leading producer of New York style bagels and cakes, seeks a sanitation supervisor to lead the sanitation team in our Miami facility. You will oversee safe, compliant cleaning, and ensure documentation of sanitation tasks across shifts in a fast-paced bakery environment.
Responsibilities include coordinating PPE and cleaning supplies, training staff on chemical use, and maintaining GMP and HACCP standards. English fluency is required;
Spanish is a plus.
