McKenzie Craft fabricates architectural millwork in a 25,000 sq ft workshop in the heart of Miami, FL. We are hiring a Production Foreman to run daily production: leading the floor, keeping work on schedule, and protecting the quality bar that defines our work.
This salaried, exempt role reports to the Plant Manager and involves about 10 to 25% office time, with the balance on the shop floor. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in millwork or fabrication leadership and strong blueprint
