We are seeking a senior Operations Manager to oversee both production and warehouse management at our food and snack manufacturing facility in Opa-locka, FL. Bridging manufacturing and logistics, this role leads plant throughput, inventory control, and workforce scheduling while maintaining high quality standards in an FDA-regulated facility. If you are an experienced operational leader with solid supervisory skills across processing and warehouse workflows.

- Oversee day-to-day operations across both manufacturing lines and warehouse functions to meet delivery deadlines and production targets.
- Ensure strict adherence to FDA regulations, sanitation protocols, and GMP standards throughout processing and storage areas.
- Manage raw material stock, finished goods inventory levels, and shipping/receiving workflows.
- Lead, train, and supervise production line leads, warehouse staff, and machine operators.
- Monitor production output and operational efficiency to reduce waste and minimize downtime.
- Coordinate incoming shipments of raw ingredients and packaging materials with outgoing distribution of finished products.
- Enforce facility safety procedures and maintain a secure, compliant working environment across all departments.
- Collaborate with executive management to implement process improvements and align operational goals with business needs.
- Address and resolve operational bottlenecks on the shop floor or in the warehouse in real time.
