Join Puig as a Marketing Niche & Prestige Brand Manager for LATAM Distributors, responsible for developing and implementing business and marketing plans for our prestige and niche brands across 15 countries in Latin America.

- Define Regional Marketing plans aligned with HQ guidelines and BMC, identify key opportunities, set brand priorities and activity calendars per market.
- Oversee the preparation and implementation of the marketing plan, provide A&P guidelines and control for distributors, and coordinate on‑counter dates and marketing calendars.
- Act as a local market expert, sharing insights on existing and emerging brands, creative local initiatives and best practices.
- Monitor competition, identify gaps and unique opportunities, propose solutions, and provide price positioning guidelines per market.
- Manage and control P&L (Net Revenues, A&P, Gross Profit & contribution to fixed costs), define and monitor budget values per brand, and ensure accuracy of CPS session forecasts.
- Define product mix, promotional plan, and A&P internal expenditure per market with monthly follow‑up.
- Maintain solid relationships with Corporate Brand teams, lead communication between HQ and markets, and collaborate closely with distributors to tailor plans to local needs.
- +5 years’ experience in sales, marketing, retail, or related functions focused on increasing sales, brand, or consumer experience.
- Previous experience in fragrance, luxury or niche brands (required).
- Experience working with distributor models is a plus.
- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication or similar (minimum).
- Excellent command of Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, high organization, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong analytical skills, multicultural sensitivity, creative and resourceful, goal‑oriented, and ability to lead interdisciplinary projects.
