**** Position Summary
** We are looking for a strategic, detail-oriented, and consumer-first Brand Manager to support U.S. commercialization and core portfolio management for Cetaphil Skincare. This role plays a critical part in driving the continued success of the brand by supporting core products, optimizing existing SKUs, and enabling innovation across U.S. retail channels.

Reporting to the Senior Brand Manager / Director, the Brand Manager will support marketing planning, performance reporting, and commercialization of the core portfolio, while partnering with cross-functional teams including Global Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Finance, Regulatory Affairs, and Legal.
** Key Responsibilities
**** Commercialization & Go-To-Market Execution (U.S. Market Focus) (30%)
*** Support the execution of integrated 360° marketing plans for new innovation launches and core portfolio priorities in the U.S.
* Collaborate with Global Marketing, U.S. Trade Marketing, Sales, Ecommerce, Media, and PRC teams to support launch execution
* Support creative development of US specific marketing materials
* Monitor in-market execution and performance, flagging issues or opportunities and recommending optimizations
* Help manage timelines and deliverables to ensure commercial readiness across channels and customers
* Contribute to consumer promotions, Ecommerce and shopper marketing program execution to drive in-store activation including displays
** Cross-Functional & Retail Collaboration (25%)
*** Serve as the day-to-day project coordinator across multiple work streams (innovation, core, and go-to-market)
* Collaborate with R&D, Sales, Trade, Creative, Regulatory, Packaging, and Supply Chain to align and execute plans
* Partner with Global Marketing to adapt global assets meet U.S.

-specific needs and retailer requirements
** U.S. Market Analytics & Insights (20%)
*** Use syndicated data sources (Circana/IRI, Numerator) and shopper/consumer insights to inform business decisions
* Monitor competitive landscape and trends to identify threats, opportunities, and white space within the U.S. market
* Track and report performance initiatives to guide marketing and commercial strategies
** Core Portfolio Management (15%)
*** Help manage and optimize the core product portfolio, ensuring continued relevance, competitiveness, and consumer appeal
* Analyze SKU performance and support lifecycle decisions, including potential discontinuations, value optimization, and pack/price architecture improvements
