Role Overview

As the Brand Specialist LATAM Distributors Markets – Makeup, you will play a critical role in managing and optimizing the brand’s presence across distributor markets in the Latin American region. Working closely with the Senior Brand Manager, cross‑functional teams, and local distributors, you will ensure flawless execution of 360° launches, marketing activations, operational processes, and category strategies. Your role is essential in maintaining brand integrity, supporting growth initiatives, and strengthening relationships with key partners.

Responsibilities

Brand Ownership
  • Act as a guardian of Dolce & Gabbana Beauty’s brand image in all LATAM distributor markets.
  • Build, adapt, and deploy complete 360° launch plans for the LATAM market, including key messaging, toolkits, visual guidelines, POSM, launch assets, and training inputs.
  • Ensure consistent execution of the brand across all touchpoints: digital, in-store, e‑retail, social media, merchandising, and sampling.
Regional Distribution & Operational Excellence
  • Oversee the rollout and follow‑up of all launches and initiatives across the markets.
  • Collaborate cross functionally with Merchandising, Commercial, Education, Digital, Supply Chain teams, to ensure proper deployment and flawless execution of launches.
  • Support product forecasting, allocations, and operational planning with distributors and internal teams.
  • Guarantee elevated retail execution and proper implementation of visual guidelines and animations in each market.
Market Analysis
  • Conduct in‑depth market research to identify growth opportunities, category trends, consumer behaviors, and competitive movements within the beauty market.
  • Monitor and analyze key business indicators including sell‑in, sell‑out, forecasting, and category performance.
  • Identify risks, gaps, and opportunities; propose corrective actions and strategic improvements.
  • Benchmark competitive positioning and conduct regular pricing reviews.
  • Support the adaptation and implementation of regional marketing activations and campaigns aligned with global guidelines.
  • Ensure distributors receive all materials needed for execution: calendars, assets, product information, sell‑in decks, POS materials, etc.
  • Coordinate trade marketing initiatives, in‑store animations, retail events, and training programs in collaboration with commercial and education teams.
  • Consolidate best practices and share guidelines to elevate execution quality across all markets.
Stakeholder Engagement
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for distributors within assigned markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributor marketing and commercial teams.
  • Ensure alignment on business priorities, operational needs, and brand guidelines.
  • Support distributors with strategic guidance, market insights, and execution feedback.
Reporting & Insights
  • Provide regular business updates and detailed reports on regional performance, including sales KPIs, retail execution, and competitor movements.
  • Conduct and consolidate competitive reviews across all distributor markets.
  • Collect and structure market feedback to inform regional and global teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related fields (Master’s degree preferred).
  • 2–4 years of experience in marketing, distribution, trade, or retail. Preferably within beauty, luxury, or FMCG.
  • Experience working with distributor markets and/or LATAM regions highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to transform data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the capability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); familiarity with forecasting or analytics tools is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish required.
