Digital Marketing, Marketing Manager, Marketing Communications
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We don’t need someone to “help out” in marketing. We need a marketing closer—someone who can take a great strategy, a list of vendors, and a pile of moving parts, and drive them across the finish line with speed, precision, and measurable results.
If you love juggling a dozen marketing projects, herding creative cats, and turning chaos into clean execution—and if you get a thrill out of seeing hard numbers prove that what you did worked—you might be who we’re looking for.
If you’re looking for a cozy, slow-paced role where “trying” is good enough… stop reading now.
THE MISSIONYour mission is simple:
- Serve as the single point of accountability for all marketing projects—if it slips, stalls, or sinks, we’ll ask you first.
- Manage relationships with multiple vendors, ensuring they deliver on time, on budget, and on brand.
- Coordinate with other departments (sales, events, operations, etc.) to secure resources, approvals, and intel needed to execute campaigns.
- Review marketing performance metrics, analyze ROI, and recommend next moves based on data, not guesswork.
- Produce weekly executive-level reports summarizing status, vendor performance, and results.
- Keep our project tracking system clean, current, and impossible to ignore.
- Write tight creative briefs and scopes so vendors know exactly what’s expected.
- Spot bottlenecks early and clear them before they become excuses.
- Protect the brand and ensure everything we put into the world reflects our standards.
- Jump in on special marketing initiatives and high-visibility campaigns where timing and precision matter most.
- Relentless follow-up and follow-through.
- Strong organizational and project management skills—able to manage multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat.
- Confident communicator who can push vendors and internal stakeholders to perform—without burning bridges.
- Analytical mind that loves turning messy numbers into clear decisions.
- Comfortable making judgment calls with incomplete information and moving fast.
- Thrives in a high-expectation, results-first culture.
- 3+ years in marketing project management, vendor management, or agency coordination.
- Experience with campaign reporting, ROI tracking, and marketing analytics tools.
- Small business, entrepreneurial, or agency background where speed and accountability are normal.
- Travel: Occasional travel for vendor meetings, events, or quarterly conferences.
- Physical Requirements: Desk/computer work; occasional lifting of up to 15 lbs.
- Hours: Full-time; occasional evenings/weekends if deadlines demand it.
Final
Note:
This is a results role. We measure success in completed projects, vendor performance, and marketing ROI—not how many hours you were “busy.” If that excites you, you’ll love it here. If that terrifies you, you won’t last.
Please note that at this time we are only able to consider candidates who are based in one of our hiring states:
Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, North Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Texas, Virginia, or Washington.
We are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, national origin, genetics, disability, age, or veteran status.
We believe that diverse perspectives bring creativity and strength, and we welcome applicants from all backgrounds to apply.
