Marketing Manager

We are working with a confidential, European-based well known ultra-luxury group as they expand their presence in Miami.

They are seeking a Marketing Manager to support brand growth, campaigns, and day-to-day marketing activity across a high-end, hospitality-driven environment.

This is a hands‑on role for someone who understands premium positioning, strong visual storytelling, and social‑first brand building.

• Execute brand and marketing initiatives across digital, social, and on‑site touchpoints
• Plan and roll out campaigns tied to key launches, partnerships, and cultural moments
• Manage social media calendars, content production, and creative partners
• Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and day‑to‑day content output
• Work closely with leadership on brand tone, positioning, and messaging
• Support PR, influencer, and partnership activity
• Track performance and optimise campaigns accordingly

• 4–8 years’ experience in marketing, brand, or social media roles
• Experience with in luxury hospitality, fashion, lifestyle, or premium consumer brands
• Strong eye for aesthetics, tone, and visual storytelling
• Comfortable in a fast‑paced, founder‑led environment
• Hands‑on with social platforms, content, and campaign execution
