Position Summary:

As the Director of Hispanic Marketing, you will lead the development and execution of our marketing strategy to effectively engage and grow our Hispanic consumer base in the U.S. and EMEA. You will be responsible for translating cultural insights into business growth by creating authentic, culturally-relevant campaigns that build brand loyalty and drive market share. This is a critical role that requires a strategic and results-oriented professional with a deep understanding of the Hispanic market, consumer behavior, and media consumption habits.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and Execute Strategy:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns specifically for the Hispanic consumer segment. This includes digital, social media, print, and experiential initiatives.

Market Research:
Conduct in-depth market research and audience segmentation to understand the unique needs and preferences of diverse Hispanic consumer groups.

Brand Partnerships:
Identify and collaborate with key influencers, cultural leaders, and community organizations to build strong, authentic brand partnerships.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Work closely with the brand, sales, and e-commerce teams to ensure all marketing efforts align with company-wide goals and brand messaging.

Budget Management:
Manage the marketing budget for Hispanic initiatives, ensuring effective resource allocation and a strong return on investment (ROI).

Performance Analysis:
Track and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and data to optimize strategies and report on results to senior leadership.

Lead a Team:
Mentor and guide a team of marketing professionals, fostering a creative and collaborative environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 8 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on the U.S. Hispanic market.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.

Deep understanding of the cultural nuances and sensitivities within the Hispanic community.

Experience with digital marketing, social media, and influencer marketing.

Fluency in Spanish (verbal and written) is required.
