Marketing Director

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead marketing and brand strategy across all three concepts. This role is perfect for a strategic, analytical, and hands-on marketer with hospitality experience. The ideal candidate will oversee all marketing initiatives, drive engagement, and elevate the brand presence locally and regionally, while ensuring each concept maintains its unique identity.

• Develop and execute marketing strategies across all concepts, including social media, digital campaigns, email marketing, PR, and events.
• Manage and mentor a small marketing team, including graphic designers and content creators for each venue.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging while tailoring campaigns to each concept’s audience.
• Track and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and ROI.
• Collaborate with ownership, operations, and culinary teams to support promotions, special events, and new initiatives.
• Maintain strong relationships with media partners, influencers, and local community stakeholders.

• 7+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3+ years in hospitality or F&B settings.
• Strong expertise in social media management, digital marketing, analytics, and campaign execution

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects across several brands simultaneously.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree a plus.
