The Assistant Marketing Coordinator is the front door of the firm
. You are the first voice potential new clients hear—and how well you do this job directly impacts revenue, reputation, and client experience.
This role combines client intake, lead qualification, CRM management, and marketing execution
. If you’re organized, metrics-driven, comfortable on the phone, and understand how to follow structure in a regulated environment, you’ll do very well here.
If you don't like follow-ups, dashboards, or accountability—this is not the role for you.
Compensation
-Base Salary: $54,000. Bonus Potential: $9,200 annually. Total Comp Potential: $63,200
