Entry Level Marketing Coordinator

Based in vibrant Miami, we partner with national charities and nonprofit organizations to help raise awareness, build donor relationships, and inspire community engagement through face‑to‑face events, activations, and promotional campaigns.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and people‑oriented Entry‑Level Marketing Coordinator to join our Miami team!

In this role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience in marketing, donor engagement, and sales by helping our charity partners grow their reach and impact. You’ll support campaign logistics, coordinate live events, and educate potential donors about our clients’ missions while acquiring new supporters and sponsor ships.

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and executing live events, pop‑ups, and community activations across Miami
• Engage directly with the public to educate potential donors about our partner charities’ causes and initiatives
• Represent clients professionally at in‑person events, expos, and promotional sites
• Support the acquisition of new donors and sponsors, meeting or exceeding campaign targets
• Collaborate with field teams to deliver creative, high‑impact face‑to‑face marketing experiences
• Conduct market research to identify opportunities for community outreach and partnership
• Track and report event performance, donor feedback, and campaign results

• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and presentation skills
• Passion for community engagement, charity work, and helping others
• Positive, energetic, and goal‑driven personality, enjoys working in a face‑to‑face sales and outreach environment
• Organized, dependable, and eager to learn
• Availability for occasional evening/weekend events
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

• Full training provided, no prior experience required
