The Brand and Advertising Manager is responsible for leading the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, consideration, and preference. This role partners with internal teams and external agencies to deliver large-scale brand initiatives and partnership activations. The position oversees creative strategy, production, and go-to-market planning while ensuring consistency in brand messaging, positioning, and visual identity across all channels.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning and execution of multi-channel brand and advertising campaigns from concept through launch.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies aligned with overall brand and business objectives.
  • Manage creative development and asset production across video, digital, social, audio, and out-of-home channels.
  • Oversee large-scale productions, including budgets, timelines, vendors, talent agreements, and usage rights.
  • Partner with external agencies and internal creative teams to brief, guide, and approve creative work.
  • Ensure campaigns maintain consistent messaging and brand standards across the full marketing funnel.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with PR, CRM, media, digital, and trade teams to support seamless activation.
  • Lead the planning and execution of brand integrations and partnerships, defining objectives, KPIs, and performance tracking.
  • Manage day-to-day oversight and strategic direction of partnerships, including entertainment, sports, lifestyle, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in brand management, advertising, or integrated marketing.
  • Proven experience leading large-scale, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Strong background in managing creative production, budgets, timelines, and asset delivery.
  • Experience working with external agencies and cross-functional internal teams
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
