Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

As a Marketing Coordinator with the Longines team, you will play a key role in supporting the marketing department through the coordination of marketing operations, vendor management, content support, and administrative functions. You will be responsible for managing purchase orders, invoices, payments, vendor setup, and the coordination of marketing assets for traditional media initiatives, including print and out-of-home advertising.

In this role, you will also support the management and distribution of gift-with-purchase (GWP) programs, printed collateral, training materials, and event logistics. Success in this position requires you to be highly organized, detail-oriented, collaborative, and eager to learn in a fast-paced luxury marketing environment. A positive attitude, adaptability, and a willingness to support the broader team across a variety of marketing initiatives are essential.

You will report directly to the Marketing Director.
