Internal Communication Manager with travel/hospitality experience

The Internal Communications Manager leads the development and execution of integrated communication strategies that support employee engagement, brand alignment, and business priorities. This role partners cross-functionally to deliver clear, consistent messaging across internal channels and ensures communications are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational goals. The ideal candidate brings strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and experience within the travel or hospitality industry.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute multi-channel internal communication strategies across email, intranet, digital platforms, and events
  • Manage end-to-end content creation, including messaging, copywriting, and editorial planning
  • Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Marketing, Operations) to ensure alignment and accuracy of communications
  • Oversee communication calendars and ensure timely delivery of key initiatives and updates
  • Lead planning and execution of internal events, campaigns, and engagement initiatives
  • Manage agency or vendor relationships as needed for content development and execution
  • Track and analyze communication effectiveness using KPIs; optimize messaging and channels based on performance insights
  • Ensure all communications meet brand, compliance, and governance standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in internal communications, marketing, or related field, preferably within travel or hospitality
  • Proven experience managing multi-channel communication strategies and content development
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working cross-functionally and managing competing priorities
  • Analytical mindset with experience measuring performance and optimizing communications
  • Familiarity with compliance and approval processes in a corporate environment
  • Experience managing external vendors or agencies is a plus
