Job Title: Brand Marketer

- Own brand campaigns from kickoff through measurement, in partnership with creative and growth.
- Define audience targets, channel strategy, and success metrics for each program.
- Brief and manage agency, freelance, and production partners.
- Partner with the Growth team on integrated launches across Shopify, Amazon, and retail.
- Run post‑mortems and translate learnings into the next round of work.
- Steward brand consistency across every customer touchpoint, including packaging, lifecycle, and PR.
- 4 to 7 years of brand marketing experience, ideally in‑house at a DTC or consumer brand.
- A portfolio of campaigns you can speak to, with clear business results.
- Strong project leadership across creative, media, and cross‑functional teams.
- Comfort with both qualitative storytelling and quantitative measurement.
- Excellent written communication, especially in briefs and decks.
