Taltran Global has been exclusively retained by a private equity-backed home services platform to recruit a Director of Marketing. Founded as a partnership-driven roll-up of leading smart home and residential technology service providers, the company operates across multiple markets, supporting a growing base of high-end residential customers. With strong acquisition momentum, institutional backing, and a strategy centered on scaling local brands, the organization is entering a period of rapid expansion and operational buildout.
The Director of Marketing will report directly to the CEO and will be responsible for building and leading the marketing function across the platform. This role will play a critical part in developing scalable marketing infrastructure, supporting referral and partnership-driven growth, and enabling local sales teams across multiple operating companies. The Director of Marketing will serve as a key partner to executive leadership, helping to establish repeatable marketing processes and drive customer engagement in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple portfolio companies within the platform
- Standardize and improve company websites, ensuring consistent messaging, professional presentation, and scalable templates for future acquisitions
- Design and manage partnership marketing initiatives with key referral partners such as general contractors, architects, interior designers, property managers, and real estate professionals
- Build and maintain a centralized marketing calendar across all portfolio companies, coordinating events, campaigns, and partner initiatives
- Develop and manage email marketing campaigns targeting both existing customers and referral partners
- Create marketing collateral and sales enablement materials including presentations, flyers, and leave-behind materials to support local sales teams
- Partner closely with business development teams to strengthen referral relationships and create structured partner outreach initiatives
- Manage online presence and reputation, including Google profiles, customer reviews, and organic search visibility
- Support CRM implementation and standardization to improve customer tracking, referral attribution, and marketing performance measurement
- Develop scalable campaign templates and marketing playbooks that can be deployed across markets and operating companies
- Collaborate with leadership and operating company teams to identify opportunities for revenue growth and customer engagement
- Travel periodically to portfolio company locations to support the rollout of marketing initiatives and partner with local teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
- 6+ years of progressive marketing experience, ideally within home services, construction, or other project-based service environments
- Experience supporting referral-driven or partnership-based business models is required
- Proven ability to execute marketing campaigns, partnership initiatives, and customer engagement strategies that drive revenue
- Experience supporting sales teams through marketing collateral, lead generation, and campaign execution
- Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing analytics tools, with the ability to track performance and ROI
- Experience improving digital presence, including websites, lead generation funnels, and online reputation management
- Ability to build and standardize marketing processes across multiple locations or business units
- Experience in a private equity-backed, high-growth, or roll-up environment is preferred
- Comfortability operating in a highly hands-on, fast-paced environment with significant ownership and visibility
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership, sales teams, and operating partners
