We’re looking for a Tik Tok Shop Associate to support paid media, affiliate marketing, and day-to-day shop operations across client accounts. This is an entry-level to early-career role ideal for someone with roughly 1+ year of experience in a related marketing, e‑commerce, influencer, affiliate, or paid media role.
The right candidate is organized, proactive, and excited to learn in a fast-moving environment. Experience with influencer marketing, Tik Tok Shop, and/or ad buying is strongly preferred.
What You’ll Do Paid Media- Support the build, launch, and optimization of Tik Tok Shop paid media campaigns based on client goals, promotions, budgets, and ROI targets
- Assist in managing GMV Max and other Tik Tok Shop campaign types, including campaign setup, creative selection, budget pacing, publishing, daily monitoring, and performance optimization
- Analyze paid media performance and help translate data into actionable insights, testing plans, and strategic recommendations
- Prepare recurring performance reports and support client calls by communicating results, trends, and next steps clearly
- Partner with internal teams to align creative, offers, and campaign priorities with client goals and performance trends
- Source new Tik Tok Shop affiliates whose audiences, content style, and brand alignment are a strong fit for each client
- Support affiliate outreach, approvals, and relationship-building through Tik Tok Affiliate Center and related tools
- Maintain affiliate briefs outlining key talking points, deliverables, expectations, and content direction
- Coordinate product samples with clients and internal teams to support affiliate activation and content production
- Track affiliate content and performance, identify top-performing creators, and recommend ways to improve output and revenue contribution
- Help build strong relationships with existing affiliates to encourage repeat posting, stronger engagement, and long-term creator retention
- Identify opportunities to deepen affiliate and creator participation through proactive communication, performance feedback, and ongoing support
- Monitor Tik Tok Shop health and seller performance, troubleshoot operational issues, and escalate platform-related challenges as needed
- Publish and maintain products in Seller Center, including product titles, descriptions, pricing, shipping information, and related listing details
- Support the connection between Tik Tok Shop and ecommerce systems such as Shopify to help maintain inventory accuracy and operational continuity
- Help ensure shipping and fulfillment settings are configured correctly and aligned with Tik Tok Shop requirements and fulfillment partners
- Optimize product listings, tagging, and shoppable video execution to improve discoverability and conversion within Tik Tok Shop
- Collaborate closely with paid media, creative, client services, and tech teams to keep campaigns, content, onboarding, and client deliverables moving forward smoothly
- Attend internal syncs and client meetings, and help keep launch timelines, approvals, and strategic priorities on track
- Stay up to date on Tik Tok Shop platform changes, affiliate trends, and emerging best practices
- Approximately 1+ year of experience in a related role, such as paid media, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, e‑commerce, digital marketing, or account support
- Exposure to Tik Tok Shop, influencer marketing, and/or ad buying strongly preferred
- Strong organization and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple moving pieces across campaigns and clients
- Comfort working with performance data and identifying trends, insights, and optimization opportunities
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate across teams and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Eagerness to learn, take initiative, and grow within a rapidly evolving channel
- Experience working in Tik Tok Seller Center or Tik Tok Affiliate Center
- Familiarity with Shopify or related ecommerce platforms
- Exposure to client-facing reporting or campaign performance updates
