Summary

Support the development and execution of the regional marketing strategy for Hermès Perfume & Beauty from the Miami office, partnering with the Marketing Director and cross‑functional teams. Lead trade marketing, visual merchandising, pricing, forecasting and performance analysis across Travel Retail Americas, the US, Central and South America and the Caribbean. Drive activations, events and digital amplification to increase brand awareness, client engagement and commercial performance.

Responsibilities
  • Execute the annual marketing plan with local distributors, retailers, and Hermès Stores to ensure brand visibility and commercial results.
  • Monitor, analyze and report on launches, activations and animations with 360° performance reporting and recommendations.
  • Ensure consistent implementation of regional visual merchandising strategy, provide guidelines and develop customized planograms.
  • Coordinate trade marketing activations in‑store and digital channels and manage relationships with regional vendors and suppliers.
  • Prepare creative briefs and oversee production of merchandising materials and activation collateral.
  • Lead preparation and consolidation of the annual regional marketing budget and monitor marketing investments and ROI.
  • Partner on annual forecasts for novelties and product launches with Commercial and Operations teams.
  • Define and manage annual regional pricing positioning strategy and assist in retailer and large meeting presentations.
  • Organize PR events, launch presentations, regional seminars and special events for key markets.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing; MBA is a plus.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role within luxury perfumes and cosmetics (3-5 years preferred).
  • Strong analytical, project management and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
  • Proven experience in visual merchandising, trade marketing and activation execution.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with local and remote teams.
  • Good understanding of social media, digital marketing and luxury consumer engagement trends.
  • Fluent English and Spanish required;
    French is a plus.
