PR Senior Account Executive; Bilingual

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for managing client relationships, driving strategic communications initiatives, and executing PR campaigns and initiatives that deliver measurable impact and results.

The ideal candidate is media savvy, proactive, resourceful, and a strategic thinker with experience managing multiple accounts within the travel/hospitality space in a fast-paced agency environment and is bilingual in English and Spanish

This position is hybrid – Monday through Thursday in office, Friday remote.

• Serve as primary day-to-day contact for client accounts, building stong and trusted relationships
• Develop and execute strategic public relations programs aligned with client objectives
• Develop compelling media materials, including strategic media angles, media pitches, press releases, briefing documents, etc.
• Identify and secure earned media opportunities across traditional, digital, and social channels
• Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel, based industry trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging media opportunities
• Build and maintain relationships with media, journalists, influencers and industry stakeholders
• Develop and manage project budget; supervise billing, activity/status reports and timely completion of timesheets
• Oversee operational performance of accounts, ensuring quality work, and deadline and budget adherence
• Act as client lead when appropriate; addresses client issues thoughtfully and effectively
• Support new business initiatives, including proposal development, research and pitch presentations
• Mentor and guide junior team members

• A minimum of three (3) years of work experience in a public relations services firm, journalism, or communications
• BA/BS required; graduate degree in public relations, communications, journalism, or a relevant specialty
• Media Relations experience, including media pitching, monitoring, and analysis
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Specific knowledge of the travel industry; experience working with travel and entertainment clients
