The Senior Field Marketing Specialist (APAC) is responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing programs that bring our regional strategy to life. With a strong focus on events (around 70%), this role makes key decisions on how programs are shaped, delivered, and integrated into broader marketing initiatives.
It’s a role for someone who is both proactive and hands‑on: you’ll be planning, delivering, and measuring programs in close partnership with sales, partners, and global marketing colleagues. In a small, collaborative APAC team, you’ll need a can‑do mindset, resourcefulness, and a willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
You’ll be measured not only on activity but also on impact — ensuring programs are aligned to business goals, ROI is tracked across the funnel, and local insights are used to refine strategy.
This is not just about campaign execution, it’s about regional growth, creating executive-level engagement, and building scalable programs that deliver tangible business impact.
What you'll do- Design and deliver events:
Own the planning and execution ofa comprehensive annual events calendar across Asia Pacific, which includes industry conferences, roadshows, executive round tables, and partner programs (~70% focus) which can be both onsiteorremotely. - Integrate campaigns:
Ensure all events and field programs are part of a broader marketing approach — supported by digital, email, and social activities that extend reach and engagement. - Shape regional execution:
Act as a key contributor to APAC marketing strategy by bringing local knowledge and customer/partner insights into planning. - Partner with Sales & Partners:
Align closely with the field to drivepipeline creation, acceleration and revenue contribution. - Engage existing customers:
Build programs that strengthen relationships, deepen community engagement, and foster advocacy. - Own budget and ROI:
Manage event and program budgets, measure performance, and report on ROI against business outcomes. - Collaborate cross‑functionally:
Work with content, product marketing, and global teams toshare insights on customer needs, competitive dynamics and market trends to ensurelocalization for APAC.
- 5+ years of B2B enterprise marketing experience (SaaS/tech preferred), with strong event and campaign expertise.
- Proven ability to design and deliver integrated programs that are both hands‑on and measurable, with clear ROI across the funnel.
- Data‑driven and creative problem solver
, able to adapt programs for local markets while maintaining brand consistency. - Strategic thinker with a hands‑on, execution‑oriented mindset able to shift seamlessly from planning to delivery.
- Strong project management and organisational skills

, comfortable in a small‑team environment partnering across sales, partners, and global stakeholders. - Proficiency with CRM and event marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, automation platforms, registration/virtual event systems).
