Marketing Manager – PPC and Email Marketing Specialist (#SC)

Intelligent Staffing Inc. is recruiting at its Miami, FL office for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager focused on Pay‑Per‑Click (PPC) advertising and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of managing PPC campaigns, advanced skills in Klaviyo, and a strong background in analytics.

• PPC Campaign Management: Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social‑media channels. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, manage bids, run A/B testing, and optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Monitor performance, analyze data, and report insights.
• Email Marketing: Leverage Klaviyo and other mailing tools to create targeted campaigns. Monitor deliverability, open and click‑through rates, adjust content, and coordinate with creative for audience segmentation.
• Analytics and Reporting: Utilize analytical skills to assess marketing performance, develop KPI dashboards, provide actionable insights, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
• Strategy and Innovation: Stay up to date with industry trends, contribute to innovative marketing strategies, and enhance digital presence and customer engagement.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 3+ years of PPC campaign management with measurable results.
• Hands‑on experience with Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Analytics and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills in a fast‑paced environment.
• Relevant certifications in PPC and email marketing are a plus.
