Audacy Miami seeks an energetic Promotions Assistant to support event production, live broadcasts, brand marketing, and social media for six top South Florida brands:
Power 96, Kiss Country 99.9, 104.3 FM WQAM, 101.5 LITE FM, 102.7 The Beach, and Radio Libre 790.
The position is part‑time with a flexible schedule and begins at $15.00 per hour. Salary will be adjusted based on education, experience, skills and location.
Responsibilities- Event Support – Set up, run, and break down station appearances, live broadcasts, concerts and festivals. Manage brand activations, signage, equipment and promotional assets.
- Content & Social Media – Capture photos and videos from events, create content for station social media accounts, assist with event recap materials and produce digital assets using Canva, Adobe Suite, and other tools.
- Contests & Promotions – Conduct sweepstakes and contests, contact winners, distribute prizes, and complete necessary paperwork in compliance with company and FCC/FTC guidelines.
- Office/Admin Support – Assist with contest and site event activation preparation, equipment and promotional inventory, and general promotions team support.
- Brand Representation – Serve as a professional ambassador for Audacy brands at all times.
- Outgoing, reliable, and team‑oriented with a customer service mindset.
- Minimum age of 21 years.
- Ability to lift/carry event equipment.
- Flexible schedule including weekends, nights, holidays, and short‑notice shifts.
- Professional appearance and punctuality.
- Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record check. Proof of insurance required if applicant’s own vehicle is used.
- Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar).
- Prior customer‑facing or event experience.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish.
Frequent standing, walking, sitting; use of hands to handle objects, reach with arms; climb stairs/ladders; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl; lift and move up to 35+ pounds. Visual and hearing abilities include close and distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
