Job Overview

Popeyes is undergoing a store transformation focused on creating a seamless and engaging guest experience. As part of this journey, the US Merchandising Execution Manager will lead the execution of in-store merchandising strategies that enhance brand identity and drive guest engagement. This role will work cross‑functionally with marketing, operations, training, digital, packaging, supply chain teams, and creative agencies to ensure consistent and effective brand representation.

• Lead the execution of in-store merchandising plans across locations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and clear implementation instructions.
• Develop and manage the merchandising budget, ensuring cost‑efficiency and financial accountability.
• Coordinate with agencies, print vendors, and internal teams to deliver high‑quality merchandising solutions.
• Collaborate with regional marketing teams to align local and national campaigns for a cohesive brand experience.
• Serve as the subject matter expert and brand liaison for merchandising materials and branded items.
• Help maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across all touchpoints.
• Deliver exceptional internal customer service, fostering collaboration and promoting best‑in‑class guest journeys.
• Monitor competitive merchandising trends and share insights with the broader team.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of merchandising programs and recommend improvements based on feedback and data.
• Contribute to the test and learn agenda for both new products and innovative in‑store merchandising approaches.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on in‑store merchandising execution.
• Knowledge of branding, marketing principles, and visual merchandising.
• Strong project management and cross‑functional leadership abilities.
• Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
• Proficiency in print production and merchandising design.
• Strong conceptual thinking and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Strategic thinker with a hands‑on approach.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently.
