Direct Response Videographer / Video Marketing Strategist / Content Creator (Healthcare Focus)

We are looking for a results-driven videographer + marketing strategist who understands how to create content that actually converts into new patient bookings.

This is NOT a traditional videography role. We are not looking for someone who just makes things look good. We are looking for someone who understands psychology, messaging, and conversion.

Someone who can create short-form and ad-style videos that include:

• Strong hooks in the first 3 seconds
• Clear understanding of patient pain points and desires
• Messaging that builds trust and authority quickly
• Strategic call to actions that drive bookings
• Content optimized for Instagram, Tik Tok, and paid ads

• Script and film high-converting videos (Reels, Tik Toks, ads)
• Develop multiple hook variations for testing
• Guide on-camera delivery and messaging
• Edit content with a focus on engagement + conversion
• Collaborate on content strategy aligned with business goals
• Understand how to speak to a healthcare audience

• Have experience with direct response marketing or performance content
• Understand hook, problem, solution, authority, CTA structure
• Can show examples of videos that led to real results (leads, bookings, sales)
• Are comfortable directing and guiding on-camera presence
• Think beyond aesthetics and focus on ROI

• Only specialize in weddings, events, or cinematic storytelling
• Focus mainly on visuals without understanding conversion
• Cannot explain your strategy behind hooks and messaging
