A fast-growing e-commerce focused digital agency are looking for a Tik Tok Shop Account Manager. This is to take ownership of a portfolio of client accounts, leading strategy, managing performance, and delivering commercial results.
You'll be the trusted advisor to your clients, identifying opportunities for growth, optimising account performance, and driving revenue through a combination of marketplace expertise, data-driven decision making, and strong stakeholder management.
The role- Lead the day-to-day management and strategic growth of multiple client accounts
- Optimise product listings, promotions, campaigns, and trading activity to maximise revenue
- Build and manage affiliate and creator programmes, identifying opportunities to scale performance
- Analyse account data and performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations
- Manage advertising activity and budgets to improve ROAS and conversion rates
- Work closely with content and creative teams to support shoppable content and live commerce initiatives
- Experience in e-commerce and/or marketplace management
