Creative Project Manager (Temp-to-Perm)
Location: Miami, FL (Onsite Monday-Thursday | Remote Friday)
Schedule: 40 hours/week
Pay: $35/hour (Conversion salary: ~$75,000 annually)
About The OpportunityWe're seeking an experienced Creative Project Management Associate to join a fast-paced in-house creative team supporting high-profile marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a project manager who thrives in a high‑volume environment, enjoys collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and has experience keeping multiple creative projects moving simultaneously.
You'll partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, and Operations to ensure creative campaigns are delivered on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. What You'll Do- Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously from intake through final delivery.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to gather project requirements, establish timelines, and define deliverables.
- Coordinate workflow across designers, copywriters, video, digital, and print teams.
- Prioritize competing deadlines while proactively identifying and resolving project roadblocks.
- Lead project status meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership.
- Allocate creative resources and manage team workloads.
- Maintain project schedules and documentation within project management platforms.
- Ensure quality assurance processes are followed before final asset delivery.
- Build strong relationships with internal clients while serving as a trusted project management partner.
- Recommend process improvements that increase efficiency across the creative organization.
- 3+ years of professional Creative Project Management experience (internships do not count).
- Previous experience working as a Creative Project Manager in a creative agency or large in-house creative department.
- Experience managing multiple concurrent creative projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Background supporting print, digital, web, branding, presentations, video, or integrated marketing campaigns.
- Experience working within a large corporate organization with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Agency experience is highly preferred.
- Experience supporting hospitality, travel, cruise, tourism, hotel, restaurant, or consumer lifestyle brands is a strong plus.
- Experience with project management platforms such as Wrike, File Maker Pro, or similar workflow tools.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
- Proven ability to improve workflows and streamline creative operations.
- Excels in high-volume creative environments with shifting priorities.
- Communicates confidently with creative teams, business stakeholders, and leadership.
- Keeps projects organized, on schedule, and moving forward with minimal supervision.
- Anticipates challenges before they impact deadlines.
- Brings a collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset to every project.
