Associate Creative Director

Responsibilities

• Lead the localization of English-language creative into culturally relevant Spanish-language marketing for U.S. Hispanic audiences
• Write compelling consumer-facing copy across multiple marketing channels, including digital, retail, web, and integrated campaigns
• Provide creative direction and oversight to a network of freelance writers and editors, ensuring quality, consistency, and brand alignment
• Partner closely with creative, brand, strategy, and marketing teams to develop high-quality localized campaigns and messaging
• Serve as a subject matter expert on U.S. Hispanic culture, providing guidance on audience insights, language preferences, and cultural relevance

• 10+ years of experience in copywriting within an advertising agency, creative agency, or in-house brand team
• Proven experience leading creative projects and providing direction to writers, editors, or creative teams
• Exceptional copywriting and conceptual thinking skills across multiple marketing channels
• Native or near-native fluency in both English and Spanish with strong bilingual writing abilities
• Deep understanding of the U.S. Hispanic market, including regional language differences, cultural nuances, and varying levels of acculturation
