In this role, you will own Indeed's global You Tube program for job seekers and employers including overall end to end program/platform strategy, channel management, content strategy, boosting, and influencer management. You will work closely with global social media leads, internal partners (e.g. Content Center of Excellence, SEO/AEO/GEO), and creative agencies to bring Indeed's You Tube presence to life and ensure that Indeed is developing the right content and implementing impactful strategies.
You will track performance data, monitor trends, and recommend content that drives engagement and performance. As part of Indeed's Global Brand Marketing & Experiences team, you will contribute to a social-first approach that builds relevance, earns attention, and generates foundational insights for our modern marketing flywheel to help people get jobs.
Responsibilities- Own Indeed’s overall You Tube strategy in partnership with global social leads to establish a best in class dual audience enterprise program
- Own You Tube channel management and optimization, including content strategy, publishing standards, audience engagement, and platform best practices
- Continually evaluate content and platform performance and research social and search trends to inform content development and strategy
- Partner with Content, SEO, AEO, GEO, Social, and Media teams to identify content opportunities, improve search visibility, and align You Tube efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
- Drive business impact by connecting You Tube content to the broader Indeed ecosystem
- Requires a minimum of 10 years of related experience; or a minimum of 8 years with a Bachelor’s degree; or 6 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD with 3 years experience.
- Robust and proven organic platform expertise on You Tube particularly building and running brand channels with a deep understanding of search (i.e. AEO/GEO)
- Experienced in developing successful social media strategies through engaging content and effective channel management
- Skilled in social media analytics and adept at making data-based decisions and recommendations
- Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Experience working with creative agencies, cross-functional partners, and creators/influencers

Tier 1 - United States of America 99, USD per year
Tier 2 - United States of America 110, USD per year
