Job SummaryWe are seeking an elite-level Paid Media Director with proven, high-level experience managing large-scale advertising campaigns specifically in:
- Medical Malpractice
- Slip and fall
This is NOT an entry-level or general digital marketing role.
We are looking for someone who has already successfully managed aggressive, high-budget campaigns in highly competitive industries and understands how to generate qualified leads at scale through Meta, Tik Tok, and Google Ads.
The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in:
- Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Tik Tok Ads
- Google Ads / You Tube Ads
- Conversion optimization
- High-intent search campaigns
- Competitive legal and medical advertising markets
We are looking for a true performance-driven operator who understands how to scale campaigns profitably in industries where CPL, conversion quality, and speed matter.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and scale high-performing paid advertising campaigns focused on:
- Medical Malpractice
- Manage large advertising budgets across:
- Meta
- Tik Tok
- Google Ads
- You Tube
- Generate qualified leads with strong ROI and conversion performance
- Build and optimize funnels for consultations, appointments, and signed cases
- Develop aggressive retargeting and audience segmentation strategies
- Create and optimize landing page strategies for conversion
- Continuously improve:
- CPL
- CAC
- ROAS
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Work directly with ownership and executive leadership
- Collaborate with content, web development, intake, and sales teams
- Track performance through:
- Google Analytics
- GTM
- CRM systems
- Attribution systems
- Minimum 5+ years managing high-budget paid media campaigns
- MUST have direct experience in:
- Personal Injury advertising
- Expert-level knowledge of:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Tik Tok Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- You Tube Ads
- Proven history generating profitable campaigns in highly competitive markets
- Deep understanding of:
- Conversion optimization
- Retargeting
- Creative testing
- Attribution
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Ability to move fast and aggressively optimize campaigns
- Experience managing seven-figure annual ad budgets
- Experience working directly with law firms or medical groups
- Experience scaling multi-location campaigns
- Strong understanding of intake and lead qualification systems
- Experience with AI-driven ad optimization and creative testing
