Salary: $90k-$120k Annually (commensurate with experience)
We’re building a modern, AI-powered insurance platform, and we need a Creative Designer who’s mastered the art of seamless AI workflow integration to create visually impactful, high volume marketing assets across sites and marketing channels.
Please note: to be considered you'll be asked to submit a portfolio that demonstrates your AI workflow. Additionally, you will be asked to complete a short design exercise during the interview process (again, integrating AI tools).
This role is for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and uses AI as a core creative tool—not a side experiment. You know how to turn rough ideas into polished, high-performing marketing assets quickly, and you’re constantly finding ways to increase output without sacrificing quality.

The Ideal Candidate- has hands-on AI usage in their workflow (not just surface-level)
- has real experience with marketing assets (ads, landing pages, decks, etc.)
- shows strong taste + clear hierarchy in their work
- is comfortable working fast and producing high-volume output
- $90K–$120K base salary (depending on experience)

- End-to-end design for marketing assets across channels: decks, campaigns, email, social, print
- High-stakes presentations (PowerPoint required) that actually tell a story and drive decisions
- Using AI to accelerate everything: concepting, layout exploration, image generation, iteration
- Turning loose briefs into tight, on-brand creative with minimal direction
- Building and maintaining repeatable systems, templates, and workflows
- Helping raise the bar for speed, quality, and consistency across the brand
- You don’t wait—you ship, iterate, refine
- You use AI tools daily and know where they actually create leverage
- You care about the details, but you don’t get stuck in them
- You can balance speed + taste + business context
- You’re comfortable operating with ambiguity and high ownership
- 3–5 years in marketing design (agency or in-house)
- A portfolio that shows real marketing work (social media, paid ads, pitch decks and presentations, emails and newsletters, website, etc.)
- Proven use of AI in your design workflow (this is a must-have)
- Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Advanced PowerPoint, Keynote, Google Slides skills
- Solid fundamentals: layout, typography, hierarchy, composition
- Experience working within (and evolving) brand systems
- Proficiency with Figma and modern design tools
- Ability to execute quickly without constant oversight
- Experience with tools like Midjourney, DALL
· E, Runway, etc. - Familiarity with Framer or web/no-code tools
- You’ll help define what AI-first design looks like inside a real company
