Overview

Our client is seeking a highly strategic and execution-oriented growth leader to own how a rapidly scaling consumer digital platform reaches and acquires new audiences.

This role sits at the intersection of growth marketing, distribution strategy, automation, and emerging AI-enabled workflows. The ideal candidate understands how to build scalable acquisition systems across paid, organic, and partnership-driven channels while continuously improving efficiency through experimentation, tooling, and process innovation.

Why This Role Exists

This is not a conventional paid media position.

They are looking for someone who approaches audience growth as an operational and systems challenge — combining analytics, creative strategy, automation, AI tools, and channel expertise to create a repeatable and scalable acquisition engine.

The right person will be equally comfortable optimizing campaigns, designing workflows, leveraging AI tooling, and identifying new distribution opportunities that compound over time.

Key Responsibilities Paid Growth & User Acquisition
  • Own acquisition strategy across major paid channels including social and mobile app ecosystems
  • Manage budget allocation, performance optimization, and efficiency targets
  • Develop structured testing frameworks for creative, messaging, and audience segmentation
  • Drive ongoing experimentation to improve conversion and acquisition outcomes
  • Partner with creative and product stakeholders to improve campaign effectiveness
Growth Systems & Automation
  • Build AI-assisted workflows for reporting, campaign analysis, creative iteration, and operational efficiency
  • Develop lightweight internal processes, automations, or tooling that improve marketing scalability
  • Create repeatable systems that transform insights into new campaigns and growth opportunities
  • Identify opportunities to reduce manual work through AI-native or automated approaches
  • Treat operational infrastructure as a long-term growth advantage
Partnerships & Audience Expansion
  • Identify external channels, communities, creators, and partnerships that can expand top-of-funnel reach
  • Develop co-marketing and audience development initiatives
  • Evaluate emerging distribution opportunities and nontraditional acquisition channels
  • Help establish scalable partnership frameworks that drive measurable user growth
Organic & Content‑Led Growth
  • Own SEO and content growth initiatives across web and editorial surfaces
  • Improve discoverability across both traditional search and emerging AI-driven discovery environments
  • Build scalable content workflows that support audience engagement and acquisition
  • Partner cross-functionally to align content strategy with broader growth objectives
