This is a high-impact Product Marketing Manager role with a well-established mobile gaming studio embarking on its next phase of growth. You will take ownership of a flagship title with a global player base and play a pivotal role in shaping its go‑to‑market strategy, player engagement, and long‑term commercial success.

The RoleYou will own the end-to-end product marketing strategy for a leading mobile title, acting as the central link between product, data, and growth functions. This role blends strategic planning with hands‑on execution, with a strong emphasis on data‑driven decision making.
Key responsibilities include:
- Define and execute a full‑funnel go‑to‑market strategy to drive player acquisition, engagement, and retention
- Use data, user research, and community insights to refine targeting and identify growth opportunities
- Lead marketing activations across channels including user acquisition, social, partnerships, and live events
- Shape product positioning and messaging to align with ongoing content releases and feature updates
- Partner closely with product, design, paid media, and analytics teams to deliver cohesive campaigns
- Optimise performance across the app store funnel, lifecycle marketing, and in‑game events
- Measure campaign effectiveness through incrementality analysis, marketing mix modelling, and performance metrics
- Contribute to product strategy by translating player behaviour and feedback into actionable insights
- Strong commercial experience in product marketing within mobile gaming, apps, or digital entertainment
- Proven ability to build and deliver go‑to‑market strategies that drive measurable growth
- Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics such as LTV, retention, ROAS, and acquisition funnels
- Experience working cross‑functionally with product, data, and creative teams
- Ability to turn complex data into clear, actionable strategies
- Track record of delivering successful marketing activations across multiple channels
- Experience with lifecycle marketing, re‑engagement campaigns, or community‑led growth
- Interest in leveraging new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve marketing effectiveness
