This role is for a highly organized and energetic professional who will be instrumental in delivering bold creative ideas and high‑impact campaigns. You’ll be a central figure, working with stakeholders across all levels, adapting your approach to diverse audiences. In our global environment, you will expertly navigate cross‑cultural teams and multinational campaigns, ensuring projects achieve both global consistency and local relevance.

You will play a crucial role in shaping, simplifying, and visualizing complex messages, bringing clarity and momentum to initiatives that truly matter.

What You’ll Do
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience managing the end‑to‑end execution of corporate events and strategic communications campaigns.
  • Support Event Producers/Planners on specific projects and communications programs, while also directly managing smaller initiatives.
  • Balance time, cost, and quality to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for project activity, both internally and with clients.
  • Cultivate strong, trusted client relationships, guiding decisions and maintaining clear, consistent communication.
  • Translate complex information into compelling and clear audience narratives.
  • Work effectively within extended teams, including full‑time and freelance/part‑time members.
What You’ll Bring
  • Proven experience in end‑to‑end production for live, hybrid, and virtual events, as well as communications programs.
  • Comfortable working on‑site and proficient in creating essential documentation like production schedules.
  • Expertise in all phases of event production, from initial concept and meticulous planning to flawless delivery and comprehensive post‑event wrap‑up.
  • Fundamental knowledge of project management principles.
  • A strong understanding of quality control processes across diverse deliverables and channels.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, each at different stages of development.
  • Solid budget management experience, including the ability to accurately build and track project budgets.
  • Exceptional client management skills, with the ability to present effectively, guide decisions, and maintain consistent, clear communication to ensure stakeholder confidence.
  • Experience in transforming complex data and concepts into clear, engaging narratives for various audiences.
  • A track record of successfully working with and briefing internal studio teams.
  • Exceptional enthusiasm, energy, and people skills are essential for this highly collaborative and central role.
