Overview
The Outfit Curator is a personal styling and color analysis company with locations in Miami and New York. We help clients discover the colors, styles, and silhouettes that suit them best through professional Color Analysis, Body Analysis, Face Analysis, and Personal Styling.
We're looking for a highly organized, creative, and proactive Marketing & Operations Coordinator who is excited to wear many hats in a growing business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves fashion, social media, marketing, and entrepreneurship and wants to grow with our company.
- Part‑time
- Hybrid position: must be available to work from our Wynwood office 2–3 days per week
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Some local travel required for meetings, appointments, and events
Responsibilities
Marketing & Social Media- Plan and organize social media content
- Film, edit, and publish short‑form content for Instagram, Tik Tok, and other platforms
- Design graphics and marketing materials using Canva
- Maintain a consistent content calendar
- Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest new content ideas
- Assist with paid promotions and advertising campaigns
- Respond to client emails and inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist with appointment scheduling and follow‑up communications
- Help ensure an exceptional client experience before, during, and after appointments
- Research and reach out to potential partners, including salons, boutiques, retailers, beauty businesses, and other complementary brands
- Identify and communicate with influencers and content creators for collaboration opportunities
- Assist in developing and maintaining brand partnerships
- Keep the office organized and stocked with necessary supplies
- Monitor inventory levels of products and supplies
- Coordinate inventory replenishment and place orders when needed
- Communicate regularly with our warehouse regarding orders, fulfillment, and inventory
- Review incoming products for quality and accuracy
- Assist with general administrative and operational tasks
- Assist with planning and coordinating events, pop‑ups, and brand activations
- Support event logistics before, during, and after events
- Occasionally attend events on behalf of The Outfit Curator
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and proactive
- Excellent at multitasking and managing multiple projects
- A strong written and verbal communicator
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Passionate about fashion, beauty, styling, and social media
- Creative with a strong visual eye
- Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
- Strong video editing skills for Instagram Reels and Tik Tok
- Proficiency in Canva
- Familiarity with Instagram, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and social media management
- Basic photography and videography skills
- Experience with Google Workspace
- Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or administration is a plus
This position offers significant opportunities for growth within the company. You'll receive in‑house training in Professional Color Analysis and Personal Styling. As you gain experience, you'll have the opportunity to become a Color Analyst and Stylist with The Outfit Curator and begin working with clients. You'll also have opportunities to travel for events and company projects in cities such as New York and Los Angeles.
