The RoleWe're looking for a Tik Tok Affiliate Growth Specialist to help brands grow through Tik Tok Shop by managing creator and affiliate campaigns: identifying the right creators, coordinating collaborations, tracking performance, and learning how brands scale on one of the fastest-growing commerce platforms.
You don't need years of experience. We're far more interested in someone who is curious, proactive, organized, and genuinely excited about social media and the creator economy.
Build and manage affiliate partnerships (brands, agencies, and their creators) that convert, and keep them converting past the first campaign.
What You'll Do- Recruit and onboard brands, agencies, and their affiliates/creators into Spliced's programs
- Manage day-to-day affiliate relationships: commission structures, content approvals, payouts, renewals
- Apply Tik Tok Shop-specific best practices around compliance, program setup, and commission tiers
- Advise partners on Tik Tok Shop marketing best practices to drive early wins and reduce time-to-value
- Track affiliate and campaign performance, flag what's working and what isn't
- Coordinate with the CEO founder and the GTM team on positioning and pipeline status
Required:
- Genuinely passionate about social media, especially Tik Tok, creator marketing, and digital commerce
- Curious, proactive, and organized, comfortable figuring things out in a fast-moving early‑stage environment
- Comfortable managing a high volume of partner and creator relationships and communications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strongly Preferred:
- 1+ years managing affiliate, creator, or influencer programs
- Direct, hands‑on Tik Tok Shop experience, seller‑side, agency‑side, or as an affiliate/creator manager
- Experience with Amazon‑affiliated or cross‑channel (Amazon + Tik Tok) brands
- Existing relationships with Tik Tok Shop brands, agencies, or creators
- Pay: approximately $23/hour
- Clear performance review at 90 days to calibrate hours and compensation structure
