Trade Marketing Manager Latam

Summary

The Trade Marketing Manager LATAM based in Miami will develop and execute localized trade marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility, customer engagement, and sales across Latin American markets. The role owns regional trade plans, POS/POP material planning and execution, budget and ROI tracking, and coordination with distributors, accounts, agencies, and HQ teams.

• Develop and implement regional and localized trade marketing plans aligned with global brand objectives.
• Lead planning and execution of BTL activities, promotions, retail incentives, and merchandising programs.
• Manage relationships with assigned accounts, distributors, and local stakeholders.
• Coordinate POSM delivery, POP material shipping, and retail execution with Customer Service and Logistics.
• Manage demand planning and forecasts for POP materials and maintain related trackers and monthly reports.
• Oversee project management from concept through execution and coordinate with agencies and external partners.
• Support budget ownership, invoice processing in SAP, and ROI tracking for assigned area and customers.
• Develop and deliver training materials and workshops for retail partners and internal teams.

• 5+ years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or related roles, preferably within luxury, fashion, beauty, or eyewear.
• Proven project management and organizational skills with commercial awareness and proactive problem solving.
• Fluent in English and Spanish;
  Portuguese required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to conduct regular market visits and travel within the LATAM region.
