Communications Analyst - Blackstone Technology and Innovations

Job Description

Support the broader BXTI Communications team in developing and executing clear, engaging communications that advance the firm’s technology priorities and enhance the employee experience. Based in the Miami office, this role involves drafting content, coordinating internal communications across key channels, driving adoption through marketing materials, supporting events and leadership engagements, and partnering with stakeholders across BXTI and other corporate functions to raise awareness of technology initiatives across the firm.

• Strategic Communications Planning: Assist in planning efforts and creation of newsletters, technology updates, incident communications, and other high‑visibility engagements. Coordinate communications across email, Blackstone’s intranet, and other internal channels.
• Content Development: Draft and edit communications, presentations, talking points, and supporting materials while translating technical information into clear, engaging content.
• Technology Adoption & Training Communications: Partner with the firm‑wide Technology Training team to promote new products, tools, and technology initiatives. Support development of user guides, training materials, videos, and other communication assets.
• Event Coordination: Assist in planning and coordinating Miami office town halls, leadership speaking engagements, and training sessions. Prepare event materials, agendas, talking points, and run‑of‑show documents.
• Operations & Reporting: Champion communication tools, track metrics, assist with reporting on engagement and effectiveness, and maintain project trackers and communication calendars.

• 2+ years of experience in a communications role, preferably in financial services or technology industry.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of internal communication strategies.
• Proficiency with PowerPoint and other design tools.
• Self‑starting, entrepreneurial attitude with ability to adapt quickly to new technologies.
• Well organized and detail oriented, able to manage multiple initiatives and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal skills and experience building effective working relationships across teams and interacting professionally with stakeholders at all levels.

Expected annual base salary range: $80,000 – $95,000. Salary within that range determined by experience, skills, qualifications, and job location. Additional compensation and benefits include comprehensive health benefits (medical, dental, vision, FSA), paid time off, life insurance, 401(k) plan, discretionary bonuses, and potential equity or incentive compensation at Blackstone’s discretion.
