Visual Designer

We are seeking a talented Visual Designer to create engaging and impactful visual experiences across digital, social, marketing, and brand channels. This role is responsible for transforming ideas into compelling creative assets that support brand goals, enhance customer engagement, and drive business results.

The ideal candidate combines strong visual design skills with creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to execute projects across multiple platforms. They should be comfortable collaborating with marketing, content, product, and creative teams while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Design & Creative Execution

  • Design visually compelling assets for digital, social media, email, web, presentations, advertising, and marketing campaigns.
  • Develop creative concepts that align with brand standards and business objectives.
  • Produce high-quality graphics, illustrations, layouts, and visual content for a variety of channels.
  • Ensure consistency across all customer-facing materials and brand touchpoints.
  • Adapt creative assets for different formats, audiences, and platforms.

Brand & Marketing Support

  • Maintain and evolve brand guidelines across marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop campaign visuals.
  • Support product launches, promotions, events, and seasonal campaigns.
  • Create visual solutions that enhance storytelling and customer engagement.

Digital & Web Design

  • Design website graphics, landing pages, banners, and other digital experiences.
  • Optimize creative assets for desktop, mobile, email, and social platforms.
  • Apply user-centered design principles to improve engagement and usability.

Collaboration & Project Management

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to understand project goals and requirements.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • Present creative concepts and incorporate stakeholder feedback.
  • Stay current on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices.
