Senior Marketing Analyst
We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Marketing Analyst to drive data-informed decision-making across the marketing organization. This role is responsible for connecting marketing investments to business outcomes through advanced analytics, attribution modeling, customer segmentation, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate has strong experience with marketing analytics platforms, customer journey analysis, data visualization, and large-scale data management. This position will own the end-to-end analytics process, transforming complex data into actionable insights that improve marketing effectiveness, customer acquisition, conversion, and revenue growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Analytics & Data Management
- Aggregate, organize, and analyze data from multiple marketing and business sources.
- Develop unified reporting views to evaluate customer and segment performance over time.
- Perform advanced data extraction, normalization, and analysis on large datasets.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across reporting environments.
Attribution & Performance Measurement
- Build and enhance multi-touch attribution models to evaluate marketing channel effectiveness.
- Measure the impact of marketing activities on key performance metrics including conversions, acquisition costs, revenue, return on ad spend, and customer lifetime value.
- Analyze cross-channel marketing performance and provide optimization recommendations.
Marketing Investment Analysis
- Connect marketing spend across campaigns, channels, and content initiatives to business outcomes.
- Evaluate campaign effectiveness and recommend budget allocation strategies.
- Support analysis of website and mobile application performance to improve conversion rates.
- Partner with internal teams and external agencies to identify optimization opportunities.
Customer Segmentation & Insights
- Analyze customer behavior, demographics, and engagement patterns.
- Measure segment performance and identify opportunities for targeted marketing strategies.
- Develop recommendations to improve customer acquisition, retention, and engagement.
- Support personalization and audience development initiatives.
Predictive Analytics & Modeling
- Conduct statistical analysis including correlation, regression, and predictive modeling.
- Identify factors influencing conversion, retention, and customer engagement.
- Support forecasting initiatives and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Leverage advanced analytics techniques to improve business performance.
Reporting & Visualization
- Create dashboards and reporting tools to communicate performance insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to marketing leadership and stakeholders.
- Translate complex data into clear and actionable business insights.
- Develop ongoing reporting frameworks to support strategic decision-making.
