Ecommerce Specialist

Overview

At Grupo Planeta, we are looking for an Ecommerce Specialist based in Miami. This role involves coordinating promotional strategies with internal teams, optimizing paid advertising campaigns, and ensuring high-quality product catalog presentation. Additionally, you will analyze and report key metrics to support continuous improvement initiatives.

• Implement and optimize Amazon Ads campaigns, managing daily performance, monitoring key metrics, trends, and inventory availability
• Expand digital sales into new channels (e.g., Tik Tok Shop, Walmart Marketplace), partnering with the Marketing team to drive traffic and increase brand awareness
• Generate reports and actionable insights based on product catalog performance

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial or Commercial Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• Certifications such as Amazon Ads Certification, PPC, Performance Marketing, Ecommerce, or Tik Tok Shop certification
• At least 3 years of experience in similar roles working with Tik Tok Shop, Amazon Ads, Amazon Vendor/Seller, with key responsibilities such as Execution, follow-up and analysis of Ecommerce (Amazon) and Social Commerce (Tik Tok Shop, etc.) sales
• Proficiency with tools such as Amazon Ads Console, Amazon MCF, Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Hawk, Web Bee, After Ship, or similar
• FBA/FBT
