The Marketing Analyst will be a key member of the LAC Visa Direct Marketing team, supporting a range of high-impact initiatives that accelerate client adoption, usage, and growth of Visa Direct solutions.
This role sits at the intersection of client engagement, go-to-market strategy, and marketing execution, offering exposure to some of Visa's most strategic clients and programs. You will play a critical role in helping clients bring innovative money movement solutions to market—translating strategy into execution and driving measurable business outcomes.
ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will contribute across a portfolio of client-facing marketing initiatives, with responsibilities evolving based on business needs and priorities. Core areas of focus may include:
- Client Marketing & Co-Creation: support the development and execution of co-marketing programs with key clients and partners and help shape go-to-market approaches that drive adoption, activation, and sustained usage
- Demand Generation & Campaign Support: contribute to integrated marketing programs designed to accelerate pipeline and deal progression, supporting campaign execution, optimization, and performance tracking
- Experiential & Event Activation: support the planning and delivery of client-facing events, executive engagements, and industry moments, helping translate event engagement into measurable follow-up and pipeline impact
- Insights & Performance: analyze program and client performance to identify opportunities for growth and optimization, translating insights into clear, actionable recommendations for both internal teams and clients
- Cross-functional collaboration:
work in a highly collaborative environment, partnering closely with Sales, UI/UX teams, Marketing Services, and the Global Customer Growth team, acting as a connector across these teams to ensure that client programs are well designed, effectively executed, and optimized for performance
Success in this role requires sound judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to balance client partnership with clear, confident advocacy for the Visa brand and Visa Direct product.
Day-to-Day Activities- Leverage data and insights using AI tools to inform and shape client marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to drive adoption, activation, and growth
- Partner with Sales and Client teams to support deal acceleration through targeted, insight-driven marketing initiatives
- Contribute to the development and execution of co-marketing programs with key clients and partners
- Support the design and delivery of go-to-market programs, helping clients bring new solutions and experiences to life
- Help plan and execute client-facing activations, including industry events and executive engagements, translating engagement into measurable follow-up
- Analyze performance across marketing programs and client initiatives, using AI tools to create insights and identify opportunities to optimize engagement, conversion, and transaction growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, UX, and Marketing teams to ensure programs are aligned, effective, and client-centric
- Engage with clients to provide guidance on marketing best practices, helping shape programs for long-term success
- Track and communicate program performance, linking marketing activities to pipeline progression, usage, and revenue impact
- Contribute to the development of scalable playbooks, frameworks, and best practices to support repeatable success across clients and programs
Visa requires at least 3 days in office; expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications Basic Qualifications- 2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- 3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g., Masters, MBA, JD, MD)
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, analytics, or client-facing marketing roles
