Subway is seeking an Assistant Manager, Offers & CRM to drive end-to-end promotion strategy, governance, testing, and compliance. You will decide offer constructs, maintain the Digital Offer Library, and partner with Menu POS, Martech, and Analytics to optimize campaigns.
You will own cross-channel CRM initiatives (email, push, SMS, in-app) and coordinate with agency partners to maximize traffic, average order value, and loyalty performance.
