Run the Day-to-Day of GLD's Digital Storefront

GLD is looking for a highly execution-focused, detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to own and optimize the day-to-day operations of our Shopify DTC business at

This role reports directly to the Director of E-Commerce & Marketplaces. You'll be the hands-on operational owner of our online store, responsible for keeping the site accurate, merchandised, and converting.

This is a hands-on role for someone who likes routine operational work, cares about the details, and takes pride in running a tight, well-organized storefront. You'll own daily execution across site experience, product launches, merchandising, catalog accuracy, QA, and on-site optimization. We're not looking for someone to define strategy. We're looking for someone who executes consistently and gets the details right every day.

This role is hybrid, full-time, with 3 days per week in our Wynwood, Miami office.

What You'll Own Shopify / DTC Operations
  • Own the daily operations and performance of  on Shopify.
  • Manage site merchandising, navigation, collections, landing pages, product launches, and promotional execution.
  • Optimize PDPs, onsite search, cart flow, and on-site conversion opportunities.
  • Maintain catalog accuracy across pricing, imagery, descriptions, attributes, and inventory visibility.
  • QA site updates thoroughly, catch UX or technical issues before they go live, and coordinate development tickets through to resolution.
  • Execute weekly drops and product launches on schedule, with careful attention to detail.
  • Partner closely with marketing, SEO, creative, merchandising, and retention teams to ensure the site reflects current campaigns, customer journeys, and brand storytelling.
  • Support paid media initiatives through optimized landing pages and conversion-focused site experiences.
  • Identify friction points across the customer journey and proactively improve UX and conversion rate.
Analytics & Performance Monitoring
  • Own recurring performance reporting for the DTC store.
  • Investigate performance shifts and surface opportunities across traffic, merchandising, checkout, retention, SEO, and customer behavior.
  • Partner with developers, analytics, retention, and paid media teams to ensure accurate tracking, attribution, and campaign alignment.
Operations, Systems & Process
  • Use Click Up as the operational backbone for launches, workflows, and project management.
  • Build and maintain repeatable workflows for launches, campaigns, weekly drops, and ongoing site operations.
  • Create and maintain SOPs for recurring Shopify workflows.
  • Keep documentation organized, current, and usable for onboarding and delegation.
  • Build systems that reduce operational bottlenecks and improve execution speed.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Work closely with marketing, creative, SEO, merchandising, development, retention, and customer experience teams to keep everything in sync.
  • Translate campaign plans into accurate, high-converting on-site execution.
  • Ensure consistency across brand messaging, promotions, product positioning, and customer experience.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, developers, and platform partners when needed.
  • Drive accountability and execution quality across initiatives.
What We're Looking For Required Experience
  • 3+ years of hands-on e-commerce or digital commerce experience, with a track record of owning day-to-day store operations.
  • Deep, hands-on Shopify experience is a must-have. You should be comfortable working in Shopify daily without any ramp-up.
  • Strong DTC e-commerce experience running a live storefront.
  • Working knowledge of Shopify Liquid, HTML, and CSS.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high bar for accuracy in catalog, merchandising, and QA work.
  • Genuine enthusiasm for routine, operational work. This role is about doing, not just planning.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills using Click Up, Asana, Monday, or similar tools.
  • Comfort reading reports and acting on data to improve on-site performance.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where priorities shift quickly.
