As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to help shape and elevate one of the industry's most respected luxury travel brands.
Based in our Miami office, you'll play a key role in bringing the Tully brand to life across every client touchpoint. From overseeing integrated marketing campaigns and managing our digital presence to ensuring brand consistency across all communications, you'll help deliver exceptional marketing experiences that inspire clients and support business growth.

PRIMARY OBJECTIVEThe Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for overseeing the execution and coordination of Tully Luxury Travel's marketing initiatives while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints. This role serves as the operational backbone of the marketing department, managing projects, website content, agency relationships, and campaign execution to ensure initiatives are delivered on time and to the highest standard.

- Integrated marketing campaigns are executed on time and to the highest standard.
- The Tully brand is consistently represented across every channel and client touchpoint.
- Website content remains current, accurate, and aligned with business priorities.
- Marketing projects run efficiently through strong organization and collaboration.
- Internal stakeholders and external partners experience proactive communication and seamless execution.
- Marketing operations continue to evolve through improved processes and thoughtful project management.
Marketing Operations & Project Management
- Manage marketing workflows, timelines, and project execution.
- Coordinate deliverables across internal stakeholders, agency partners, cruise lines and hotels.
- Lead weekly marketing meetings and identify potential risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints.
- Maintain marketing calendars and ensure projects are completed on schedule.
- Continuously improve marketing processes and team efficiency.
Website Management & Digital Experience
- Own day-to-day website content management and quality assurance.
- Coordinate website updates, content launches, and ongoing enhancements with agency and development teams.
- Ensure website content remains accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards.
Brand Management & Governance
- Champion and maintain Tully's brand standards across all marketing channels and materials.
- Maintain and evolve brand guidelines, templates, and supporting documentation.
- Review creative assets, marketing materials, presentations, and communications to ensure alignment with brand standards.
- Support the development and implementation of brand initiatives that strengthen awareness, credibility, and differentiation.
- Educate internal teams on proper brand usage and best practices.
Content & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate the development and deployment of marketing campaigns.
- Manage the execution of organic social media, email marketing campaigns, and our digital editorial magazine.
- Support content creation for websites, publications, presentations, and sales enablement materials.
- Manage marketing calendars and ensure alignment across campaigns, content, events, and supplier initiatives.
- Coordinate content collection and approvals from internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all content reflects Tully's brand voice, positioning, and editorial standards.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Growth Marketing Manager to execute email and paid social campaign initiatives, ensuring content and creative assets are delivered accurately and on schedule.
- Act as the primary marketing liaison across departments and external partners.
- Coordinate stakeholder feedback, approvals, and communication to support successful project delivery.
